Here is a great way to get in shape military style. We bring to you the Military Diet. The rules surrounding this diet are much like the military, strict and offer very little flexibilities. But the results of this diet are fabulous.

– Hotdogs (without the bun) – Two
– Carrot – Half a cup
– Broccoli – One cup
– Banana – Half a fruit
– Vanilla Ice Cream – Half Cup
DAY THREE:
Breakfast:
– Cheddar Cheese – One Slice
– Apple – One
– Saltine Cracker – Five
Lunch:
– Toast – One Slice
– Egg (Cooked or Hardboiled) – One
Dinner:
– Tuna – Half a cup
– Banana – Half a fruit
– Vanilla Ice Cream – One Cup
The important thing about this diet is that it must be very strictly followed. Very little deviations are permitted, such as switching lentils instead of meat or swapping fruits. But on the whole the menu should be followed very strictly. No additions or other substitutions are permitted either. This is a quick diet that will help boost your metabolism which will in turn burn more fat and leaves you full of energy. It is also recommended that you workout as much as possible when you are following this diet and this will also aid in boosting the metabolism further.
