Recipe 1 – For better sleep
Ingredients needed:
– 2 bigger leaves of lettuce
– Half a sack of parsley
– Half a cucumber
– 1 carrot
– The green part of one piece of celery
Method of preparation:
Wash the vegetables well and peel the carrot and cucumber before you chop them into small pieces. First mix the cucumber in a blender and then add the lettuce leaves and parsley and mix again. Finally add the carrot. Mix one final time – the beverage is ready.
Recipe 2 – Green lemonade for more energy
Ingredients needed:
– 2 green sour apples
– Half a lemon
– A handful of your favorite green vegetable
Method of preparation:
Wash the green vegetable, peel and chop the lemon and put them in a blender. Once you have mixed everything well, the drink is ready for consuming.
Recipe 3 – Beverage against cold
Ingredients needed:
– 2 pieces of pineapple
– Half a handful of mint
– A handful of cleaned spinach
– Half a cucumber
Method of preparation:
Wash everything well. Peel the cucumber and mix it in a blender. Add the pineapple (chopped in cubes) and spinach in the blender and mix once again. Consume right away.

– 1 carrot
– 1 celery (together with its leaves)
– 1 orange
– 1 piece of 2 cm long ginger root
Method of preparation:
