This simple diet is designed for all who want to get rid of excess weight fast after a period of abundant food consumption, before an important event or for those who simply want to switch to a healthier diet.
The secret of the diet is choosing foods that give a feeling of satiety, although you import fewer calories, so you almost do not feel hunger and lose 2 kilograms in three days. Due to the limited amount of food, it is recommended to also take vitamin and mineral supplements.
