1. Mashed cauliflower

3. Puree from Jerusalem artichoke


Jerusalem artichoke (wild potatoes) is a healthy substitute for the ordinary potato. This ingredient is especially recommended for diabetics. It has sweet-like taste and is prepared the same way as the classic mashed potato.

You will need an artichoke root, some milk and butter and you will get a classic but delicious and healthy puree.
