Struggle With Fatty Liver? Here Is How To Cleanse It From Fats

One of the liver’s main functions is processing fats from food into forms that can be stored and used in the organism. The oily liver, or technically called fatty liver disease, is a disorder in which there is excessive accommodation of neutral fats (triglycerides – one of the forms of fat used for energy and the formation of new cells) inside liver cells. Normally, the liver tissue contains a certain amount of fat, but if the percentage of fat exceeds 5% of the total weight of the organ, talking about fatty liver, it can lead to more serious complications.

Liver steatosis occurs as a consequence of imbalanced breakdown of fat. Usually, liver mildly or moderately increases because of that.

Disruption may be temporary or long lasting. This state of fatty liver can often be a result of a disturbance in the functioning of the organism, and if neglected and not treated, it is considered as a risk factor for the occurrence of other diseases (liver cancer). Liver steatosis can often be undetected for a long time. In the most severe cases, the liver can be increased up to three times its normal size and became painful and sensitive to touch.

The best way to reduce the risk of fatty liver is the achievement of a normal body weight and normal triglyceride levels, and taking control over the intake of alcohol and other harmful substances.

Whey is rich in lactic acid and enzymes, high-quality protein, vitamins B6, B2, B12, K, C, minerals such as potassium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus and amino acids. Despite all these nutrients, whey has a low calorific value.

For years whey has been used as a mean of stimulating appetite and improving digestion, and modern science has proven that in addition, it can prevent hypertension, heart attack and stroke, regulate cholesterol, increase muscle mass, prevent osteoporosis, strengthen the immune system, eliminate stress and provide the body with great amounts of energy.

Even though you can find powdered whey obtained by industrial processing of milk, it does not have as near as good quality as the homemade one.

How is whey obtained?

Ingredients needed:

– 1 liter of milk

– Juice of one lemon

Method of preparation:

Cook the milk and while still warm, add the lemon juice in it. Mix well and let the mixture stand still for some time, until transparent greenish liquid (the whey) starts separating from the liquid. Strain the greenish liquid into a bottle and store in the refrigerator.

The rest of the mixture is tasty, young homemade cheese.

Way of consuming:

You should consume from 1 to 2 pounds of the homemade whey.
