This elixir is easy and simple to prepare, with easily available ingredients which when combined are extremely healing. Elixir of ginger and garlic is ideal to prepare now, in the fall. Take a few tablespoons of it a day, in order to be able to prevent any viruses or flu.
We warmly recommend anyone to have the remedy on hand in the next few months.
Ingredients needed:
– 6 cloves of garlic
– 6 cm of ginger (3 tablespoons)
– 2 lemons
– Honey
Method of preparation:
Finely chop both the garlic and ginger. The finer you chop them the better because more healthful juice is going to be released. Put them in a glass jar together with one lemon chopped to pieces (and the lemon zest, if you use homegrown without pesticides). Squeeze the juice of the other lemon and pour it into the jar and finally add the honey. Add enough honey to cover up all the ingredients.
Allow the jar to stand still at room temperature for one day before use.
You can consume several teaspoons a day, and you can use it as a dressing on salads.
Benefits:
Honey is known for its antibacterial properties, cleans the blood and blood counts, and reduces bad cholesterol. When combined with ginger and garlic it acts great in preventing viruses and flu. The main ingredient of garlic is allicin, which has excellent anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal, anti-parasitic and anti-oxidant properties. Even though it affects the work of all organs, when we mention ginger, our first association is: digestion, lungs and heart.
