Summer arrives slowly but surely and tropical temperatures begin to affect our everyday lives. As much as we love summer, the heat sometimes becomes unbearable and tires us.
Therefore, we will now present a few recipes and tips that will help you to easier overcome high temperatures.
Water and fruits is the perfect balance, and in order to achieve it you need to drink water and eat healthy fruits simultaneously. Moreover, these drinks look very appealing too.
1.Watermelon and mint
Ingredients needed:
– 1,5 liters of water
– Watermelon (the amount depends only of your desire for the sweetness of the beverage itself)
– Several mint leaves
Method of preparation:
Chop the watermelon in pieces and add it in the water together with the mint leaves. Let the mixture stand still from 2 to 8 hours before you start drinking it. If you want, you can add several ice cubes as well.
2. Strawberries, lime and cucumber
Ingredients needed:
– 0, 5 liters of water
– 1 cups of strawberries
– 1 cup of chopped cucumber
– 2 chopped limes
– ¼ of a cup of fresh mint leaves
Method of preparation:
Put all above mentioned ingredients in the water, add several ice cubes, let the mixture cool and start enjoying it!
3. Citrus fruits and cucumber
Ingredients needed:
– 3 liters of water
– 2 chopped oranges
– 1 chopped lemon
– ½ of a chopped cucumber
– Several mint leaves
Method of preparation:
Add all ingredients in the water. Let the mixture stand still for a while before you consume it. Cheers!
