Unfortunately, every day we come across many products that look natural, and it actually is artificial product. Chinese toxic artificial eggs are such product.
During a raid in the center of Guangzhou Province in China, large quantities of fake eggs were found. Their wholesale price amounted to 0.03 dollars – half of the real eggs’ price.
The consumers faced a major problem because they could not distinguish the original from the fake eggs.
This is good news for those who want to engage in this illegal business, so throughout China secret three-day courses for the production of artificial eggs are conducted.
A Chinese reporter managed to attend these lectures and learn the skills of making the eggs. Here is what he had seen:
In order to create the white of eggs, they use gelatin, benzoic acid, some unknown powder, coagulating material and alum used in industrial processes. Yellow lemon powder which is poured into a liquid and then stirred is needed for the bile.
Then, the mixture is placed in round plastic containers, mixed with the so called “magic water” containing calcium chloride. This gives the bile thin outer membrane and it simultaneously strengthens it.
In the next step, the egg is inserted into another mold and finally paraffin wax and an unidentified white liquid are poured onto the fake egg, which is then left to dry.
When the egg is ready, it can be immediately consumed. When frying, bubbles appear on the white of the egg, and those who have eaten it say the eggs have pretty much the same taste as the actual eggs.
It is not just that these eggs are not nutritious, but long-term intake of alum in the body can cause loss of intellectual function or lead to madness.
