Scientists worldwide have recognized turmeric’s beneficial effects on the human organism and recommend consuming it regularly. There are many ways to do so, and golden milk is maybe one of the best.
Ingredients needed:
For paste: 4 teaspoons of turmeric, ½ a teaspoon of ground black pepper, 120 ml water.
For the milk: 250 ml of milk, ½ a tablespoon of oil, ¼ of a tablespoon of turmeric paste and a bit of honey for taste improvement.
Method of preparation:
Put all ingredients for the paste in a pot and place the pot on low heat. Stir, and then remove the pot from the fire and put the pasta in a glass jar. Store the jar in the refrigerator to cool. When the pasta has cooled, add the milk and oil to it and place the mixture over low heat in order to heat. Cook the mixture just before it reaches boiling point. Then remove the mixture from the fire and add honey if you want to.
Way of use:
It is recommended to drink the golden milk on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning and before bedtime.
